  • These terms apply to all sales and interactions with Soul Srekha.
  • By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
  • Soul Srekha reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Products and Pricing

  • For now, all prices listed on our website exclude applicable Australian taxes. 
  • Prices exclude shipping and handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Soul Srekha reserves the right to update prices and product availability without prior notice.

3. Website Images

  • All Soul Srekha products are handmade, and minor imperfections such as bubbles or variations in colour are a natural part of the process, not faults.
  • All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or broken.
  • While every effort is made to ensure product images accurately represent colour, texture, and design, variations may occur due to:
    • Differences in device screen settings.
    • Lighting conditions during photography.
    • Natural variations in materials over time.

By purchasing, you agree to accept the small risk of variations between the actual product and its representation on our website. Returns based on customer dissatisfaction with colour or design will not be accepted unless the product is faulty.

Soul Srekha cannot guarantee that the information on this website will meet all specific requirements, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for their intended use.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST are processed the next business day.
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post & Sendle AU. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post & Sendle AU’s policies and cannot be guaranteed by Soul Srekha.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched.

Soul Srekha is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Sendle AU/Australia Post.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
  • Late or missing deliveries.

For lost or damaged packages, customers are advised to contact Sendle AU/ Australia Post directly to file a claim.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or broken, please email us at info.studiomeinara.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
  • Refused or Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us by Sendle AU or refused by the customer, a restocking fee of 10% per item will apply. This fee covers labour, materials, and administrative costs  (only valid for AU customers).
  • For international customers, Soul Srekha does not accept returns or refunds on packages returned to the sender because the customer refused to pay customs duties or import taxes.


Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order will proceed as scheduled.

7. Intellectual Property

At Soul Srekha, we take great pride in the originality and quality of the images featured on our website.

  • All images and content are the intellectual property of Soul Srekha and are protected under Australian copyright law.
  • These materials cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.
  • Unauthorised use of our copyrighted content may result in legal action, including fines and the removal of infringing materials.

8. Liability

  • Soul Srekha takes no responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • The risk for all products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (Australia Post).

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
