Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our items, we encourage mindful purchasing and recommend reaching out to us for product information or styling tips before completing your order. Please review the terms of our Returns & Refund Policy below.

General Policy

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged or broken during the delivery process, please contact us at soulsrekha@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Ensure you include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Upon review, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
  • Damaged items must be returned in their original condition unless photographic evidence suffices for the claim.

Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover any return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

Final Sale Items:

  • All items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products with minor variations in colour, texture, or slight imperfections (e.g., bubbles or spotting) are not considered faulty due to the handmade nature of our products.

Exclusions:

  • Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions for Returns

We offer returns under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be a full-priced product (sale items are excluded).
  2. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. The item must be returned in its original and saleable condition, including all packaging provided.
  4. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
  6. Items purchased using a gift card cannot be refunded in cash. The gift card will be reactivated and valid for future use for up to 3 years.
  7. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
  8. Soul Srekha reserves the right to request supporting images and documentation to assess the return request.

Process for Returns

  1. Submit a return request by emailing soulsrekha@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your request is approved, the item must be posted for return within 72 hours, with proof of postage provided.
  3. Soul Srekha can assist in arranging a return label upon request. However, we are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 24 hours (excluding shipping costs and restocking fees).

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email info.studiomeinara.com immediately to request a cancellation.

Parcels Returned to Sender

  • Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs for packages returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Refunds will not be issued for packages returned to the sender. Soul Srekha reserves the right to refuse parcels returned to the sender with outstanding postal fees.

International Orders

The same returns and refund policy applies to international orders. However, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and fees.

Website Images

All buyers agree to the following:

  1. Products are handmade, and slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and not deemed faults.
  2. Images displayed on our website may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and other factors.
  3. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for dissatisfaction with minor variations that do not constitute faults.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on Soul Srekha’s website are the intellectual property of Soul Srekha and are protected under Australian copyright law.
