Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST are processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping is handled by Australia Post & Sendle AU. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Important Shipping Information

International Customs & Duties

For orders outside Australia, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. Soul Srekha does not collect these charges. Any applicable fees will be the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

  • USA: No duties on orders under $800 USD.

  • Canada: Duties & taxes may apply based on order value.

  • New Zealand: GST applies to orders over NZD $1,000.

Soul Srekha does not accept returns or refunds on packages returned to the sender because the customer refused to pay customs duties or import taxes.

Soul Srekha is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by Australia Post & Sendle AU or customs clearance.

  • Lost or stolen packages during transit.

  • Duties or taxes charged by international customs.

  • Incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

For lost or stolen packages, please contact Australia Post & Sendle AU to file a claim.

For damaged parcels, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
